Best prewedding locations in Rishikesh
- Ganga beaches around Shivpuri – wide sandy banks with the river and hills behind you. Early mornings are calm and almost empty.
- Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula area – suspension bridges, temples and colourful lanes. Busy by mid-morning, so we shoot here early.
- Beatles Ashram (Chaurasi Kutia) – graffiti-covered meditation domes inside the forest. It has an entry ticket and its own rules for cameras, which we check before your date.
- Neer Garh waterfall – a short walk from the road to clear pools and small falls. Best after the monsoon when the water is up.
- Tapovan rooftops and cafés – golden-hour frames over the river and a relaxed, candid feel.

- Plan together. We share a location plan, timings and outfit suggestions that suit the river and hills.
- Shoot day. We start around sunrise for soft light and quiet locations, take a break in the harsh afternoon, and finish at golden hour.
- Selection and editing. You receive your edited photos in about 15 days, followed by reels, teaser and film as per your package.
Tips for your Rishikesh shoot
- Plan two or three looks: one flowy outfit for the riverbank, one bright or traditional look for the bridges and lanes, and something warm for the evening.
- Carry flat footwear for walking between spots and change into heels only for the frames.
- In July and August the river runs high and some riverside spots are closed, so we suggest other months.
- December and January mornings are cold and can be foggy. Beautiful, but pack layers.
- Stay a night in Rishikesh before the shoot so you are fresh for the sunrise start.
